1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The app does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal details.

The only data stored is:

• Your notification time preference (stored locally on your device only)
• Whether you have viewed today's prompt (stored locally on your device only)
• Your subscription status (managed by Google Play or Apple App Store)

None of this information ever leaves your device or is transmitted to our servers.

2. Subscription & Payments

Subscription billing is handled entirely by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not process, store, or have access to your payment information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Google or Apple directly.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status verification. RevenueCat receives anonymized subscription events (such as subscription start and renewal) but does not receive your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

3. Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver your daily prompt reminder. OneSignal receives an anonymized device token to deliver the notification. We do not use this token to identify you or track your behavior in any way.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat – Subscription management. Privacy Policy
• OneSignal – Push notifications. Privacy Policy
• Google Play – App distribution and billing. Privacy Policy

5. Children's Privacy

A Year of Love is intended for adults in romantic relationships. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

6. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. All locally stored preferences can be cleared by uninstalling the app from your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
